What The Healthy Fest

Be there this Saturday, July 26 at Naftzger Park for What The Healthy Fest.
What The Healthy is not your typical wellness event.
It’s where movement meets mindset, fitness meets fun, and health meets community. From sunrise runs to recovery lounges, this one-of-a-kind experience blends fitness, holistic healing, entertainment, and local vendors — all designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

The Aftershocks head to the TBT quarterfinals

The Aftershocks pulled off an incredible win on Tuesday night and are now headed to the quarterfinals of the TBT to play a the winner of Heartfire and the KU alumni team.
Can you imagine the WSU alumni team facing off against the KU alumni team?
The quarterfinals takes place Sunday, July 27 at 8pm. Get your tickets now!

Michelada Fest 2025

The inaugural Michelada Fest 2025 takes place Saturday, September 27 at the Kansas International Dragway from 2pm to 11pm.
This event includes:
Free michelada tasting samples from top vendors
Live DJ sets and musical performances
Custom cars, street trucks and racing
Food, retail vendors, and giveways

Fert’s Taco Tour | July 26
Details: Various taco stops in Wichita | 4pm
Want to discover your new favorite taco in town? Come join me as I guide you through some of Wichita’s best tacos. We will hit up taco joint after taco joint while trying a couple tacos at each place. We will be starting on the south side for the first leg of the tour, and then head to the north side for the second leg. You don’t have to follow the same route, you can do just the south side or just the north side, or you can go in whatever order you like. There are no rules to this event, it’s just a way to open people up to some of my favorite taco vendors in town. Make sure to bring cash since some places will be cash only!

Audacy Summer Concert Series

Audacy Wichita is bringing the heat this summer with the Summer Concert Series, offering free concerts under the stars Naftzger Park. The community is invited to enjoy live music, food trucks, and good times every Friday night.
Naftzger Park | Music starts at 8:00 PM
July 25: The Astronauts – A local favorite bringing decades of party-rock experience and high-energy performances packed with crowd-pleasing classics.
August 1: Lucky People – A high-energy band mixing today’s hits with classics from every era. Known for powerful vocals and a tight rhythm section, they deliver a fun, upbeat show perfect for summer nights.
August 8: Monterey Jack – Known as Kansas’ “cheesy band,” Monterey Jack brings big energy, bold personality, and a show that is part concert, part comedy, and an all-out good time.
August 15: Roadhouse Saints – Kansas’ premier classic rock cover band keeping the golden age of rock alive with timeless tunes, big guitar riffs, and the perfect vibe for outdoor summer nights.
All shows are completely free and open to the public. All ages are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and their dancing shoes. Each night will also feature a rotating lineup of local food trucks and beverage vendors, so come hungry and thirsty.
