FEATURE EVENT
Riverfest Time!

It’s back, the 2025 Wichita Riverfest!

As a social media partner for the Wichita Riverfest this year, I'll be on hand everyday experiencing the event to the fullest. My goal is to take it all in and enjoy all my favorite events along with ones that are new to me.

There's so much going on that I had to put together an agenda of all the events I'm excited for most. If you're like me and big on itineraries (yes, I'm a nerd like that), I'm sharing mine. Come out and say hi starting this Friday.

But keep in mind, there’s so much more to do outside of what I’m able to fit in my schedule.

The staff at Festivals Inc, put together an incredible digital guide that shows the daily events. No longer do you need to download an app, just bookmark this link and it’ll tell you everything you need to know.

Otherwise, I hope to see many of you this weekend and all next week in downtown Wichita. Buttons are now available at Quiktrip or you can purchase them at the gate.

Remember that Sunday, June 1, kids 12 and under get in free with an adult for Family Fun Day presented by the City of Wichita. Then Thursday, June 5 is Throwback Thursday where all you need is an old button to get in.

UPCOMING
The Festivals Continue in June

And the weekend after Riverfest, the fests keep continuing with Somewhere Fest & Conference on June 13 and 14. It’s growing to be the biggest music festival to ever take place in Wichita.

Headliners like Deadmau5, Suki Waterhouse, Flying Lotus, and BigXthaPlug grab attention, but they’re only part of the equation. The lineup—genre-agnostic and exploratory—invites fans into a journey of musical discovery. With artists like Kim Gordon, Aloe Blacc with 2ŁØT, Cassian, and Jerro, the stage becomes a space for boundary-pushing, not chart-chasing.

The 2025 edition brings free concert stages along with accessible ticket pricing. Aside from the music, you’ll also see interactive murals, live graffiti, and hands-on art workshops.

Love food? Dozens of local vendors and food trucks will be on hand along with fun events like a Blind Taste Challenge and Foodie Photo Op
