GIVEAWAY
KVH Chophouse

KVH Chophouse is set to open in June. Seeing that it's out west, I want more locally owned restaurants to succeed in my area of town. So, I've partnered with KVH to giveaway multiple $50 gift cards.
One of which will be given away here in the newsletter next week.
BE ON THE LOOKOUT
Mai BBQ

I didn’t eat as much this year at the Wichita Asian Night Market. I tried to be a little more selective and try booths that were new to me.
My favorite stop was Mai BBQ. While they have a food truck I’ve been meaning to try, they only had a pop-up tent for the night market.
The menu has items like brisket banh mi sandwiches, pulled pork eggrolls, but I went for a simple two meat platter of brisket, pulled pork and glass noodles.
I shared this dish with others and everyone, including myself were wowed by the food. The brisket was incredibly tender, the BBQ sauce had a sweet flavor to it, and overall a very tasty meal. I was impressed and can’t wait to check out the food truck.
Word is, Mai BBQ will have the truck at Exploration Place on June 6.
WEEKLY MINI FEATURE
360 Deli & Grill

11309 E. Kellogg Dr.
Who should we feature in next week’s mini-feature? Readers decide who we promote for free in the newsletter
This week’s Mini-Feature was suggested by Denise Irwin.
One of my favorite openings over the last couple of years is 360 Deli & Grill.
Located at 11308 E. Kellogg Drive, this restaurant is probably the closest thing you’ll experience to a New York-style deli in Wichita.
The restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, has such a cool vibe to it when you walk in. Plus they have it all, a huge drink selection, coffee, signature sandwiches, and even a case of deli meats and cheeses you can purchase.
Hours are Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
