LOCAL DINING
El Borrego Rojo: Best lamb in Wichita?

128 W. 21st St. N.

If you’re looking for some of the best lamb meat in Wichita, I encourage you all to check out El Borrego ROJO at 128 W. 21st St.

They are only open on Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 8 a.m. until sold out.

What you get is lamb that’s been cooking for roughly 8 hours, all through the hours of the morning.

The lamb is cooked in a trailer-mounted oven right under the stars. It’s a sight to behold and a must visit for all foodies.

The Cozy Winter Ritual Behind My Energy and Glow ✨

Winter calls for rituals that actually make you feel amazing—and Pique’s Sun Goddess Matcha is mine. It delivers clean, focused energy with zero jitters, supports glowing skin and gentle detox, and feels deeply grounding on cold mornings. Smooth, ceremonial-grade, and crave-worthy, it’s the easiest way to start winter days clear, energized, and glowing from the inside out

LOCAL SPOTLIGHT
Tuta’s Teriyaki

One of the many places I stopped by during the Lunar New Year to celebrate was Tuta’s Teriyaki.

Located at 1212 S. Tyler Road, this place hits the holy trinity of restaurant success. Delicious food, fantastic prices and quality people.

I’ve been going to Tuta’s forever and the couple who owns it are some of the nicest people you’ll come across.

This restaurant is in our regular rotation of dinner stops where the teriyaki chicken with steamed or fried rice is a staple for us.
