Autumn & Art Featured Artist

Sara Grant Brown

Wichita Festivals, Inc. has announced that acclaimed visual artist Sara Grant Brown will be the Featured Artist for the 16th annual Autumn & Art at Bradley Fair, taking place September 12–14, 2025. Brown’s striking piece, Air, will be featured on this year’s official event poster.

Her featured piece, Air, was inspired by “a time when I felt emotionally worn thin, when just existing felt like effort. Slowly, the image began to take shape. The birds became symbols for small, steady comforts — the kind that don’t fix anything but help you keep going… Air isn’t about healing or breaking; it’s about the moment in between, where you finally let yourself feel everything and just breathe,” said Brown, when asked about the inspiration behind the work.
